Wrong Item Shipped Return

In order for a wrong item shipped return to be considered, the following criteria must be met:
  • The incorrect item was shipped due to a mistake by our warehouse.


  • You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving said item.


  • Item must be unused, unopened and in pristine condition with all original components and packaging present.


  • A return label will be provided to you.


  • Once we see that the item is tracking in the UPS system, we will ship the correct item.


  • If a replacement is desired more quickly, please place a new order and your original order will be refunded in its entirety upon receipt of the returned package.


  • The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be written on the outside of the return package.
