What an amazing feeling to be filled with so much girth! The plug comes with a full sized bullet vibe which is much larger than the vibe shown in the picture. The vibe is quiet and strong.
I found the wide base to be annoying. It flares off to the sides which chaffed in my cheeks. A sharp chefs knife took care of that. I trimmed off the excess material which has made it easy to wear for extended use. To massage my prostate more aggressively, I use a large wand vibrator pressed against the base. Wow!
