The tweezer style allows the user to adjust very, very gradually according to their comfort level with no big surprises. The pinch is mild up to medium for those who want to go farther. I think it would be a great clamp for solo play or for a couple just starting out with BDSM. Very gentle yet effective for the purpose, doesn't fall off too easy on its tighter setting.
