Discreet Packaging - Your package will have no reference to its contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard issued packaging from UPS or USPS. Occasionally we use opaque padded envelopes, but never for anything breakable or discernable. Our return address is also benign. Please bear in mind that international shipments must display a customs declaration by law. These descriptions will be as benign as possible but cannot be completely falsified.

Shipping Labels
Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Large orders may take slightly more time to process. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipment confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you.

Once the order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not necessarily from the time you place your order. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Physical Inventory- So that we may provide our customers with a unique selection of products, there are certain items which are not stocked in the SheVibe warehouse. Most notably, select lingerie items and Liberator products. Since we do not have a physical inventory of these items, there may be times when the item you ordered is not available. We will notify you of any stock issues as quickly as possible and that part of your order will be canceled and refunded.

You are more than welcome to contact us prior to placing your order to determine if the item you are interested in is available. Please note that all Liberator items ship from their warehouse in GA via UPS only and a physical address is needed to fill these orders.

Liberator- Because of their large size, Liberator items ship via UPS only and a physical address is needed to fill these orders. Liberator items are sometimes made to order and may take additional processing time. Additional shipping fees will apply to all Liberator orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or to International shipping destinations. In these cases, a shipping quote will be provided shortly after we receive your order. We will notify you via email with a shipping quote if extra funds are required. These orders will not ship until the additional cost has been approved by the customer and collected by SheVibe. Shipping Guide - Please note that all shipping times are estimates. The shipping estimate does not include processing time. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. Saturday is not considered a business day for UPS and FedEx.

SheVibe Flat Rate Shipping: Please note that your order will ship in the manner deemed most economical, including but not limited to; UPS, FedEx, USPS, Surepost or Smartpost. Orders going to PO Boxes or Military addresses will ship via the U.S. Postal Service. If you require your package to be shipped via a specific method, please choose that method at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your overall order. Not all orders will qualify for all shipping options. Your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Liberator items will always ship from their warehouse in GA.

Free Shipping:
offered via ground service for orders totaling $75 or more. This offer is good for U.S. orders only. Certain items will not qualify for free shipping on their own (due to their size) and a handling fee may apply. Expedited Orders
are in transit for the amount of time promised by the carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances. Please note that expedited shipping services such as; Next Day Saver, 2-Day and 3-Day will deliver on the next business day. Business days are considered Monday thru Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. For example, Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 11 a.m. EST should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Next Day orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday. Orders placed after regular business hours will be processed the following business day. Expedited Orders - Different Billing & Shipping Addresses -
As a fraud prevention measure, expedited orders which request shipping to any address other than the credit card billing address will require additional authorization. A member of the SheVibe team will call the number provided to verify the order information and request further information if necessary. Please provide a valid phone number and email address so that your order is not unnecessarily delayed. Please know that we will be discreet and will make no direct reference to the contents of your order. There will be no exceptions to this security measure. Thank you for understanding.

Free Shipping Promotions - The free shipping offer is via ground service for orders totaling $75 or more. This offer is good for U.S. orders only. SheVibe reserves the right to select the shipping method for items qualifying for "Free Shipping". If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for the free shipping offer associated with your purchase. In these cases we will recommend a Merchandise Credit. If a refund is preferred, the original shipping fees plus any applicable re-stock fees will be deducted.

SheVibe reserves the right to select the shipping method for items qualifying for "Free Shipping". Your item may ship UPS Ground, FedEx, USPS or via an Economy method such as Surepost or Smartpost regardless of the method displayed during your checkout. International Orders Direct - Our Canadian, Australian and U.K. customers may use U.S. Checkout or International Checkout. US Checkout orders will be shipped via USPS Mail. Please select your items carefully as our international return policy is quite strict.
  • Customer will be responsible for all taxes, customs or tariffs imposed by the receiving country.
  • Customs forms will be marked Hobby Kit, Silicone Product or something similar. We will keep the terminology as non-descript as possible.
  • We will not falsify the true cost value of the items in your order, so please do not ask. Items will be shipped as merchandise, not gifts.
  • All motor or battery operated items will be opened and tested prior to shipping. Once determined to be in working order these items will not be eligible for return.
  • All packages will ship via a traceable method and the transaction will be considered complete upon delivery confirmation.
  • First Class International - 7 to 30 business days (may require extra time in customs).
  • Priority Mail International - 6 to 10 business days (may require extra time in customs).

International Customers - We currently ship to CA, AUS and UK directly. All other countries will use International Checkout. has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. If you wish to place an international order, shop as you normally would and when you have added all of the items you are interested in to your shopping cart, click "Your Cart" at the top of the site. Then click on the International Checkout button which will transfer you to the International Checkout site along with the information in your shopping cart. Customs forms will be marked as discreetly as possible, most often "Bathroom Accessories". It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that these items are ok to import to their respective country. If the law is prohibitive and the package is seized, there isn't anything we can do and unfortunately the customer will likely experience a loss in these cases.

You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. International Checkout will process your payment. To calculate shipping & delivery costs, put the desired items into your cart, click on the International Checkout button and answer the appropriate questions. Your order total will show before you are prompted to enter actual shipping or payment information. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages - You will have the opportunity to purchase package insurance or require a delivery signature at the time of checkout. Should your package not arrive as expected, we are happy to file a claim on your behalf and perform all due diligence in locating your package. However, if the carrier confirms delivery and denies the claim, we are unable to reimburse you unless insurance or signature verification was purchased. SheVibe needs to be contacted within 5 business days of the posted delivery date documented on the UPS or USPS tracking systems. International shipping methods vary. It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their delivered package. If you are unable to locate your delivered package, you must contact SheVibe Customer Care immediately for a shipping claim to be initiated. Your Order Confirmation will provide you with the anticipated delivery dates, and ability to track your package via the UPS or USPS tracking systems. There is a limited time frame to file a claim for missing parcels. If the claim time frame has passed, SheVibe is limited in their ability to take action. Please note, the shipping address must have been validated to file a claim.

We Recycle! - More often than not your order will arrive in a plain brown box, plain padded envelope (breakables or "phallic" objects will never ship in an envelope) or in UPS or USPS standard packaging but there may be the occasion that your order arrives in a “gently used” box. Fear not, that's SheVibe's attempt at being environmentally responsible by recycling all packaging materials. Your package will have no reference to its contents and will arrive to you safely.

Special Considerations
  • Occasionally, due to warehouse restrictions, an order may be shipped in a different manner than the one you specify (at no additional cost to you). We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is given or a delivery address change is requested after an order has shipped there will be an additional $12 fee charged to the customer as per UPS and Fed Ex.
  • Customers are still responsible for shipping charges on refused items.
  • Arrivals are based on carrier standards without any shipping discrepancies or problems.
  • If you discover an item is missing from your order, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of the shipment being received
  • Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays are not considered business days.
  • UPS and FedEx require a physical address (no P.O. boxes) for delivery. If you have a P.O. Box as a delivery address, simply specify USPS as your shipping method.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs (Military Bases)
  • For orders to Military bases, please select US from the country list and appropriate option from the state drop down menu (such as AA, AE, AP).
  • Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days.
  • All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS.
