Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders
received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours.
Large orders may take slightly more time to process. Orders placed on
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business
day. Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more
than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an
email shipment confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be
provided to you.
Once the order is processed, the shipping method you
chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are
approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment
notification and not necessarily from the time you place your order. You
must be at least 18 years of age to order from SheVibe.com. We will
never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this
site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. |

Physical Inventory
- So that we may provide our customers with a unique selection of
products, there are certain items which are not stocked in the SheVibe warehouse. Most notably shoes,
lingerie, costumes and Liberator products. Since we do not have a
physical inventory of these items, there may be times when the item you
ordered is not available. We will notify you of any stock issues as
quickly as possible and that part of your order will be canceled and
refunded.
You are more than welcome to
contact us
prior to placing your order to determine if the item you are interested
in is available. Please note that all Ellie Shoes & Liberator orders ship
via UPS only and a physical address is needed to fill these orders.
Liberator items are often made to order and may take extra processing
time. Additional shipping fees will apply to all Liberator orders going
to Alaska and Hawaii. These orders will not ship until the additional
cost has been approved by the customer and collected by SheVibe. |

Shipping Time
Estimates - Please note that all shipping times are estimates. The
shipping estimate does not include processing time. Most orders are
processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. Saturday, Sunday
and holidays are not considered business days. The day your order ships
is not considered an "in transit" day. Orders are picked up by the
carrier at the end of the day and transit begins then. Please call us if
you have any questions about the transit time of your package.
Occasionally, due to warehouse restrictions, an order may be shipped in
a different manner than the one you specify (at no additional cost to
you). For example, Ellie Shoes & Liberator ship UPS only directly from
their warehouse. Other warehouses may ship via FedEx or USPS.
General Shipping Guidelines
- Standard Shipping - 2 to 6 business days
- 3-Day Shipping - 3 business days
- 2-Day Shipping - 2 business days
- Next Day Shipping - 1 business day
- USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 5 business days
- Economy Shipping - 2 to 7 business days (no lost package service)
- First Class International - 7 to 14 business days (no lost package service)
- Express Mail International - 3 to 5 business days (may require extra time in
customs)

Expedited orders are in transit for the amount of time promised by the
carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances. Please allow extra
delivery time for all orders shipping to Canada and APO addresses.
Please note that expedited shipping services such as; Next Day Shipping
and 2-Day Shipping will deliver on the next business day. Saturday is
not considered a business day. USPS Priority Mail will deliver on
Saturdays along with your regular mail service.
Shipping Holidays / Offices Closed
There will be no UPS pick up or deliveries on the following dates.

Additional Fees And
Services
- Orders canceled by the customer will incur a 5% re-stocking fee
- Signature Required - $3.25
- Intercept Fee (delivery address change) - $11.00
- Saturday Delivery (Available via 2nd or Next Day Air only) - $15.00
- For Next Day Air packages ordered on a Friday requiring delivery on
Saturday you must call Customer Service at (888) 743-8423 before 11 am EST

Free Shipping Promotions
- The free shipping offer is via ground service for orders totaling
$99 or more. This offer is good for U.S. orders only. Certain items such
as Liberator and X-Pole do not qualify toward free shipping and shipping
charges will apply accordingly. Additionally, there are select items
which are less than $99 which will qualify for free shipping on their
own - these are indicated by the Free Shipping icon which appears on
that individual product’s page.
SheVibe reserves the right to select the shipping method
for items qualifying for "Free Shipping". Your item may ship UPS Ground,
FedEx or USPS regardless of the method displayed during your checkout.
Be advised that all or part of your order may ship First Class or Parcel
Post. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, please choose the
desired option at checkout. |

Australia, Canada and U.K. - Our Canadian, Australian and U.K. customers may use U.S. Checkout or International Checkout. US Checkout orders will be shipped via USPS Mail. Please select your items carefully as our
international return policy is quite strict. |
- Australian and U.K. orders must check out via PayPal. Billing & shipping information must be the same. Orders will be shipped to the billing address only - no exceptions.
- Customer will be responsible for all taxes, customs or tariffs imposed by the receiving country.
- Customs forms will be marked Hobby Kit or Silicone Product.
- We will not falsify the true cost value of the items in your order, so please do not ask.
- All motor or battery operated items will be opened and tested prior to shipping. Once determined to be in working order these items will not be eligible for return.
- Customers choosing the First Class Mail International option assume all risk for lost packages. We are not able to trace or ultimately compensate for packages shipped via this method.
- Please note that at this time we are unable to ship Liberator or Ellie Shoes items internationally via the U.S. checkout option. Please use the International Checkout option for all Liberator and Ellie Shoes orders.

International Customers - SheVibe.com has
partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout,
to fulfill orders for our international customers. If you wish to place
an international order, shop as you normally would and when you have
added all of the items you are interested in to your shopping cart,
click "Your Cart" at the top of the site. Then click on the
International Checkout button which will transfer you to the
International Checkout site along with the information in your shopping
cart.
You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire
transfers. International Checkout will process your payment and
guarantee delivery. To calculate shipping & delivery costs, put the
desired items into your cart, click on the International Checkout button
and answer the appropriate questions. Your order total will show before
you are prompted to enter actual shipping or payment information. Once
your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to
International Checkout. |

Lost or
Stolen Packages - SheVibe is not responsible for items which are
stolen from your location after delivery has been made and confirmed by
the carrier. If your item is lost by the carrier we will file a claim on
your behalf. Customers who choose the Economy Shipping or First Class International options at checkout assume all risk for lost packages. |

We Recycle! - More often
than not your order will arrive in a plain brown box or in UPS or USPS
standard packaging but there may be the occasion that your order arrives
in a “gently used” box.
Your order may arrive in a box which once was
home to vitamins or wireless accessories - fear not, that's SheVibe's
attempt at being environmentally responsible by recycling all packaging
materials. Your package will have no reference to its contents.

Special Considerations

- If an incorrect shipping address is given or a delivery address change
is requested there will be an additional $11 fee charged to the customer as per UPS and Fed Ex.
- Customers are still responsible for shipping charges on refused items.
- Arrivals are based on carrier standards without any shipping
discrepancies or problems.
- Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays are not considered business days.
- UPS and FedEx require a physical address (no P.O. boxes) for delivery.
If you have a P.O. Box as a delivery address, simply specify USPS as your shipping method.

Shipping to
APOs and FPOs (Military Bases)
- For orders to Military bases, please select US from the country list
and appropriate option from the state drop down menu (such as AA, AE, AP).
- Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days.
- All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS.
