The surface has pleasant nubs right where they need to be. There is no displeasing odor associated with this product either. | Review: We were excited when this arrived with our other purchase (that will be reviewed at a separate time). The Twistee G-Vibe did what we had hoped (cup the G Spot and stimulate the clitoral region). The only issue we had with the Vibe is the insertable bullet quit working after just a couple of days. We did everything we could think of to get it working again but we had no luck. With that said, customer service at Shevibe has bent over backwards to help us out with this issue. We want to thank Shevibe for what they have done to help us. When the bullet was in working order, it was on the weak side so even though the stimulation was felt, it wasn't as strong as hoped. We don't know if this was due to the initial faulty bullet or if the replacement bullet will have the same strength. So all in all this is a good new addition we just would prefer a stronger vibration from the bullet.
