Here at SheVibe, we understand that ordering online without seeing your items in person can be challenging. We want you to be pleased with your selection and have done our best to bring you the most detailed product pictures and descriptions. Due to the variations in computer monitors, colors may differ from what you perceive on your particular monitor. Measurements are provided as per the manufacturer and also may vary slightly from the actual object. We are unable to consider returns due to measurement discrepancies for differences of one quarter inch or less. Please note that due to their nature, some products have slightly different return parameters.

Fill out the appropriate form and once submitted, we'll have one of our representatives respond in 24 to 48 hours (we’re usually even faster than that, but we had to put some kind of time frame in there). If it happens to be the weekend or a holiday, someone will address your needs the following business day.

Clearance & Closeout Items - Clearance, Sale and Closeout items are deeply discounted and all sales of these items are final. Electronic and motor operated items will be opened, tested and verified as functional before shipping. These items will not be eligible for return in case of future malfunction.

X-Pole & X-Pole Warranties - All sales are final. Please order your pole carefully. Unopened & unused poles can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. All X-Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole to pole contact, being dropped or anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.

If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping X-Pole will replace any necessary parts at their discretion. X-Pole wants to make sure you have a fully functional X-Pert/Sport/Kendra. SheVibe Inc. will work with you through X-Pole regarding any issues but all final decisions regarding replacement remain at the sole discretion of X-Pole.

Unauthorized Returns - Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

Unauthorized returns include:
  ● Returns made without RMA approval from SheVibe Inc.
  ● Returns made with the pretense there is a defect, when in fact one does not exist.
  ● Returns made after the return parameters have expired which is 14 days after the item has been received by the customer.

Refused Shipments or Incorrect Address - A 25% restocking fee will be applied to your credit card should merchandise be refused when delivery attempt occurs. The restocking fee will also be applied should the package be undeliverable due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Canadian, Australian and U.K. Return Guidelines - In order for an international return to be considered, the following criteria must be met:
  • All motor and battery operated items are tested prior to leaving our warehouse - these items are not eligible for return.
  • A defect in workmanship which is detected upon receipt of the product before it has been used. We will ask that you provide pictures of the defect in order to help us to determine the cause and the ultimate resolution. Customer must notify SheVibe.com within 48 hours of receiving defective item.
  • If your package was damaged in transit, resulting in damaged product - please immediately take a photograph of the package and contact customer support.
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Items which are returned but not actually defective will be disposed of and credit will not be issued.
  • If an item is found to have a true defect, the customer will be reimbursed a fair value for their cost in return shipping.
  • A merchandise credit will be issued for all returned defectives.
  • All other applicable return guidelines also apply.
