Here at SheVibe, we understand that ordering online without seeing your items in person can be challenging. We want you to be pleased with your selection and have done our best to bring you the most detailed product pictures and descriptions. Due to the variations in computer monitors, colors may differ from what you perceive on your particular monitor. Measurements are provided as per the manufacturer and also may vary slightly from the actual object. Please note that due to their nature, some products have slightly different return parameters.

All returns must be pre-authorized, and an R/A (Return Authorization) must be obtained. You may e-mail us here or you can call (888) SHE-VIBE to obtain an R/A  and instructions for returns. Our customer service department is open
11am-6pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Please have your order number available for reference.

Lotions, Lubes, Cleaners & Supplement Returns
Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item or a merchandise credit will be issued. Please note that unless these products have a valid manufacturer defect, they may not be returned. Your SheVibe customer service representative will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect.

Sex Toy & Novelty Returns
All Novelty sales are final unless there is a valid manufacturer/mechanical defect upon arrival. Once the item has been used it may not be returned.  Please order carefully, we are not able to consider returns due to dislike of color, a misjudgment of size or if the wrong item was ordered etc. Upon receipt, please carefully open your item, read the directions and insert batteries or charge the unit for the recommended period of time to make sure that your item is working properly. Always try a fresh set of batteries if the first set does not work. Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item. All returned items must have complete packaging, all original parts, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions etc. Please note that unless these products have a valid manufacturer/mechanical defect, they may not be returned. At times and depending on the manufacturer of the product you purchased, we may refer you directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Please keep all product packaging for 30 days and be sure to fill out any warranty cards upon receipt of your product. Your SheVibe customer service representative will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect. Any item which is returned but does not meet the return parameters will not be refunded.

Apparel, Costume & Shoe Returns
Apparel: Hosiery, body stockings, swimwear and panties may not be returned. Lingerie and costumes may be returned unused & unworn with all original packaging intact within 14 days of purchase for credit or refund.
There is a $5 re-stocking fee on all apparel returns not deemed to be damaged or defective. If a different size is needed, a new order must be placed for that item. Your refund will be processed once the returned item is received. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Halloween Exchange Policy from September 25th to October 31st
To keep our prices low we must be very strict with this policy, please take care when ordering and trying on your costume. You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the items for a merchandise refund. There is a $5 re-stocking fee on all costume returns not deemed to be damaged or defective. To be eligible, your return must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. If a different size is needed, a new order must be placed for that item. Your refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Items with makeup, deodorant, lotion stains etc. will not be refunded. Items worn, altered, missing accessories or without the original packaging or garment tag will not be refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable. 

Shoes: May be returned unused and unworn within 14 days of purchase for credit or refund. Shoes which have a manufacturers defect will be replaced with the same shoe. There will be a $5 re-stocking fee on all shoe returns not deemed to be damaged or defective. The $5 fee is waived if the shoe is exchanged for another size or style (shoes only). If an exchange is desired, a new order must be placed for that item. Your refund will be processed once the returned item is received. Refunds will be denied for items deemed worn, stained or otherwise damaged by the customer. Customer will be responsible for return shipping to have these items returned to them. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow at least 1 billing cycle for refunds.

Bedroom Gear, Restraints & Blindfold Returns
Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item or a merchandise credit will be issued. Please note that unless these products have a valid manufacturer defect, they may not be returned. Your SheVibe customer service representative will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect.

Books, Games & Music Returns
Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item or a merchandise credit will be issued. Please note that unless these products have a valid manufacturer defect, they may not be returned. Your SheVibe customer service representative will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect.

Movie Returns
Unopened DVD's may be returned within 14 days for merchandise credit.  DVD's which have been opened may not be returned.  Defective DVD's may be returned within 14 days for DVD of the same title. Your SheVibe customer service representative will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect.

Holiday Novelties, Bachelorette Party Supplies & Party Gear
Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item. Please note that unless these products have a valid manufacturer defect, they may not be returned. Your SheVibe customer service representative will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect.

X-Pole & X-Pole Warranties
All sales are final. Please order your pole carefully. Unopened & unused poles can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee may be applied. All X-Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole to pole contact, being dropped or anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.

If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping X-Pole will replace any necessary parts at our discretion. X-Pole wants to make sure you have a fully functional X-Pert/Sport/Kendra. SheVibe Inc. will work with you through X-Pole regarding any issues but all final decisions regarding replacement remain at the sole discretion of X-Pole.

Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns will not be credited.  If you erroneously or mistakenly return an unauthorized item you must pay for the return shipping to get it back.   After 7 business days it will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.

    Unauthorized returns include:
 
     ●  Returns made without prior approval from SheVibe Inc.
      ●  Returns made with the pretense there is a defect, when in fact one does not exist.
      ●  Returns made after the return parameters have expired which is 14 days after the item has been received by the
          customer.

Refused Shipments
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your credit card should merchandise be refused when delivery attempt occurs. The restocking fee will also be applied if incorrect delivery address information is provided causing the package to be returned to us. Please make sure you double check this information before completing your order. There is a $10 intercept fee charged by UPS to make changes to the delivery address once the package is in transit - this fee will be passed along to the customer if a delivery intercept is requested.

General Return Guidelines
To return a product, review the information below and request a Return Authorization number by
e-mailing us here. One of our agents will reply to your email with further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Please see product specific guidelines above for additional information which may supersede these general guidelines.

  • Items that are not defective must be returned in unopened packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was back ordered and never shipped. We do not pay for postage on returns.

  • DVD's and CD's are returnable only if the package seal is unbroken. (We will replace defective DVD's and CD's with new items of the same title.) All of the original packaging; case, booklets, liner notes, bonus discs, etc. must be included.

  • All defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for replacement. SheVibe.com will pay for return shipping of defective items.
