Non-defective Shoe Return
In order for a non-defective shoe item to be returned the following criteria must be met: |
- Unworn, unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- If you would like to exchange this item for another size or style, please place a separate order for that item.
- A refund will be processed for the returned item once received. If you received Free Shipping and the refund brings you below the $99 total, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Or a merchandise credit can be issued for the full amount. Any original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- There is a $5 restocking fee for all non-defective returns. The restocking fee will be waived if an exchange order is placed (shoes for
shoes).
- The item must be returned unworn and in new condition with all original packaging present.
- Please be advised that we do not pay for shipping on returns.
- For your protection, please use a traceable method of return such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. If the item is not received in our warehouse, we cannot credit you for it.
- Refunds will be denied for items deemed worn, stained or otherwise damaged by the customer. Items returned in this condition will not be credited and will be disposed of.
- Please allow at least one 30 day billing cycle for all refunds.
- The
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be written on the outside of the return package.
