I have not noticed any wear or reduction in the finish and it is easy to clean with regular and/or anti-bacterial soap and water. | Review Details: The NobEssence Romp is simply put, wonderful. I am a small-ish guy, about 5' 6" and don't usually play around with "big" toys, but this one is an exception (by big I am referring to the over-all width at the widest point). The Romp is as smooth as many of the steel toys I have, but lighter, which is nice because I am often too tired to take it out at the end of my late night play and just leave it in overnight. It is very filling, and I find that I have to massage my anus to get it relaxed and horny for play with this toy. You can't just pop it in, like some butt plugs or Aneros toys. I find that I have to be "in the mood" for the Romp, but when I am, it fills me up and makes self play very satisfying.
