Smooth and well designed. High quality storage case as well. | Review Details: This can be used from either end with a wonderful result. The rippled end is quite nice for slow vaginal teasing. Both ends have a wonderful curve to reach the g-spot. The temperature can be a nice surprise as well. At room temperature it is cool on entry. With a heating pad it could be heated up as well for a warm sensation.
