My wife and I own a number of silicone dildos, including several realistic ones. This is the first Tantus O2 dildo we've bought and, in short - we love it! It's not as realistic as Vixskin, but it's pretty good, especially the head, which is quite soft like the real thing. It also has a very firm core, which is excellent for penetration. I should say at this point that we don't use dildos for vaginal sex, only oral and anal (with me as the receiver in both cases. My wife only likes "the real thing"). It's good for oral and GREAT for anal. I think it would be good for vaginal, depending of course on your size preference. For me, this is pretty much the perfect size, but keep in mind that your perfect size may be different. I can deepthroat Max, but it takes some serious effort. To take it anally, we have to use lots of lube and patience and "warm up" with smaller toys first. But it's not a monster like the Vixskin Outlaw. It's slightly bigger than the Vixskin Johnny. By my measurements it's 7.25 inches long (insertable) and 5.75 inches around (about 1 7/8 inches in diameter). Right now, this is our favorite dildo for pegging, with the Vixskin Johnny a close 2nd. Johnny has a wonderful curve while Max is perfectly straight. Johnny's smaller (7" long X 5.5 around) which makes it easier to insert and Johnny is more detailed, with all the veins (etc) of a real penis while Max is mostly smooth. Sometimes I'm in the mood for Johnny, but more often lately, I want my wife to peg me with Max. She said she likes the lighter weight of Johnny, but also enjoys a greater sensation of power with the larger Max. For oral, Max is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite. My all-time favorite for oral is not even silicone - it's the Cyberskin Dream Dick. If someone made the Dream dick in a realistic silicone, we'd probably retire all our other dildos. But until that happens, Viva Max!
