Since it was mentioned that this was like a pierced tongue; I thought it would be worth a shot to try it out. I have all the other inserts to the Sqweel and this is my favorite Sqweeler. If you have ever had a partner that has a pierced tongue, this toy gives you the same feeling. I recommend that you apply lube to the insert. You do not need as much lube as the original insert. It's soft but there is no need to risk a brush burn down there. Don't press to hard when using or it could cause the Sqweel to stop. It's a great add on to the Sqweel toy.
