I have been over 200lbs since I was 16. I've tried countless pills, diets and fad equipment and nothing had worked so far. I've been taking this since March. It's now November and I'm down to a size 12. I lost 90 lbs. No exercise, no diet other than the appetite suppressor in the pill. It works amazingly well. You don't get hungry and you can't eat more than a few bites even if you try to eat out of habit. You don't even want to smell food. Even without eating the Ephedra keeps your energy up! You just keep going and going and since you’re not taking in any extra you burn off fat, you don’t just shed water weight. If you have a food fetish you’re not willing to part with, this may not be the pill for you. Even coming off of it for 2 weeks I still couldn't stand to eat much. If you have a weak heart I would not recommend it either because the first 3 days or so of taking it will work your heart really hard, I could feel my blood racing. Drink plenty of water too. You do burn fat but Ephedra is still a strong diuretic and you will dehydrate if you aren't careful. The water will help you flush the fat faster as well. Liprodrene really works if you exercise with it or not . It will give you enough energy to take care of family and bedroom chores. I will not work or play without it. I have and will tell everyone where to purchase this product, and the other things they can get from this site!
