Ami is Je Joues new progressive, three step 'tease as
you tone' exercise set. Je Joue has taken cues from the
best medical and pleasure products available, to create
Ami and allow the user to find their perfect start point
and progress their PC strength in a pleasurable way.
Ami 1 - A large, soft and lightweight single
ball. If youre new to Kegel exercise products or youre
out of practice, we recommend starting here.
Ami 2 - A medium-sized double ball thats still
soft yet slightly heavier. Try Ami 2 if exercising with
Ami 1 doesnt challenge you enough.
Ami 3 - A small, hard and heavy double ball. This
is the most advanced Ami for experienced users.

Safe - Covered in smooth soft 100% body safe
silicon and ABS plastic. You wont find phthalates in
any Je Joue products.
Lubrication - We recommend using only water-based
lubricants with Ami.
For cleaning - We recommend washing Ami in warm
water and soap. However if you would like to boil Ami,
we recommend that you do so only for 1 minute maximum. |

They're going to last a long, long time, and they work great in the process. | Review Details: The JeJoue Ami is an amazing set of vaginal exercisers, and of all of them out there, the JeJoue Ami is the one I recommend most. Instead of having a single toy like most of the options out there, the Ami actually includes three different sizes and shapes. This makes it perfect for beginners because you can start with the light one and work your way up. The retrieval cords are very firmly attached, and the silicone that covers each one of the exercisers is body-safe and really helps to get the exercisers in. They each get heavier as you go, and the sizes of the exercisers make it more difficult to keep the exercisers in too. It ends up working out to be a really good exercise for your vaginal muscles, and I know I'm in love with these exercisers.
