Halloween Costume Returns, September 25TH
thru October 31ST
In order for a seasonal costume return to be considered, the following criteria must be met: |
- At this time, we are unable to accept returns for Seven ‘Til Midnight
costumes or boxed costumes.

Unworn, unused Elegant Moments costumes may be returned within 7 days of
being received by the customer.

If you would like to exchange this item for another size or style, please
place a separate order for that item. A refund will be processed for the
returned item once received. If you received Free Shipping and the refund brings you below the $99 total, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund (this is in the case of no exchange order being placed). Or a merchandise credit can be issued for the full amount. Any original shipping fees will not be refunded.

There is a $5 restocking fee for all non-defective returns.

Please be advised that we do not pay for shipping on returns. For your
protection, please use a traceable method of return such as UPS, FedEx or USPS
Priority Mail. If the item is not received in our warehouse, we cannot credit
you for it.

Refunds will be denied for items deemed worn, stained, altered or
otherwise damaged by the customer. Items returned in this condition will not be
credited and will be disposed of.

No returns will be considered after October 25th

The RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be written on the outside of the return package.

Please allow at least one 30 day billing cycle for all refunds.
