Defective Shoe or Apparel Return

In order for a damaged/defective apparel or shoe return to be considered the following criteria must be met:
  • Defect or damage is discovered upon receipt of the item. We may ask that you provide pictures of the defect in order to help us to determine the cause.


  • If the item has been worn, used or altered in any way, we are not able to accept a return. Some defects in workmanship after normal use may be covered by the manufacturer – if this is the case, we will help you to facilitate resolution.


  • You must notify us of any issues within 72 hours of receiving the product.


  • Items returned with the pretense that a defect exists or which have been tampered with to create the appearance of a defect will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.


  • We cannot replace a defective item before it has been received by our warehouse. If a replacement is desired more quickly, please place a new order and you will be refunded accordingly upon receipt of the defective item.


  • Defectives will be replaced with the same item. If the same item is unavailable, an alternative item will be suggested or a refund will be issued. Please allow at least one 30 day billing cycle for all refunds.


  • A return label will be provided to you if it is determined an actual defect exists.


  • The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be written on the outside of the return package.
