It is made of high-quality 100% silicone, so it's incredibly body safe and hygienic. Silicone is non-porous and highly durable, so this wonderful toy will still be alive and kicking for quite a while. This toy can be boiled to disinfect it so it's suitable to share, as well! What's different about the Cush as opposed to other silicone dildos is the realistic feel to it. The white outer layer feels a lot like skin would, while the colored part on the inside is rigid. When you put these two sensations together you get an amazing realistic experience. It's soft and squishy, but firm at the same time, which makes it comfortable and effective. Silicone normally has a slightly tacky feel to it, and this is no different. It does have quite a bit of grab so a little water-based lube is suggested to ease things along. It might pick up lint and dust, so make sure it's stored somewhere away from those things. As with most silicone, this one had no smell. | Review Details: When I got my hands on this thing I couldn't believe how wonderful it felt! At first, I was a little hesitant about the O2 Cush because of the ridges on it and how sensitive I can be to texture. I was surprised to find that this dildo has an incredibly realistic feel and is made of safe materials. Best of both worlds! Because the outer layer of the silicone is soft, the ridges don't really cause too much of an issue and they're only slightly felt. If you like a feeling of fullness, or you're a size queen, the O2 Cush should be a perfect match. It's not a gargantuan dildo, but it is on the large side. It's about 1 3/4" in diameter and around 7" in length making it bigger than the "average size" dildos on the market. Personally, it gave me a nice feeling of fullness without being too much or over the top. The mixture of the materials was also quite pleasing. This is a dildo that just about anyone can appreciate if you're out there looking for something a little more than ordinary. It's body-safe, can be sterilized, can be worn in a harness, is perfectly fine for anal play, and has a great realistic texture without looking too realistic. This was something I appreciated because I'm not at all a fan of realistic looking dildos, but I do like a realistic feel. Honestly, I'm surprised I didn't go for this one earlier because it's THAT good.

You see, Tantus had a dildo named Duece 1 and it looked identical to this. The difference is that it wasn't dual density so the ridge on the shaft HURT! Well, I'm happy to report the problem has been solved. The dual density means the surface is soft and squishy and the core if firm. Now I can go to town with this dildo and not be nearly as concerned for my cervix or the ridge. Cush is made of odor and taste free, body safe silicone. | Review Details: This is a large filling dildo that has a really great head for honing in on the g-spot and does so VERY well! Cush really does feel fantastic in use! Tantus got this one right. Cush is fantastic solo or in a harness. There is very little flop to the Cush, it can stand straight out from the body with no limp. If you like a filling g-spot dildo this is the one.
