This is a beefy silicone dildo. At this price, and with the smell it carries, it is not surgical grade silicone. For the money it is a great dildo! My test of whether a toy is toxic is to hold it in my mouth for a minute. Surgical grade silicone toys have no smell or flavor. This big, bad boy has a mild smell too it but hardly any taste at all (yay!). It's a good basic dong, long, thick and ridged, so it does the trick and the price is right.
